Startup takes a mere 1.1 second, displaying priceless moments almost instantaneously on its gorgeous 3.0-inch 1.04 million dot LCD monitor. Touching your subject on the screen of the LCD monitor enables AF to be attained fast and accurate, and even for the shutter to be released. Additionally, various camera settings can be intuitively adjusted from the screen as well.

The 1.0 inch-type, 20.1-megapixel – sensor is larger than what one would usually expect in a slim, compact camera, but it is precisely this that results in photos that nearly approach DSLR-standard in terms of image quality. The PowerShot G9 X Mark II supports the always-on, low-power Bluetooth Low Energy Technology in addition to Wi-Fi/NFC, allowing you to stay connected to smart devices longer. Remote control shutter release and playback is now possible, even when the camera is off. Switching to Wi-Fi connection for enhanced Wi-Fi features is automatic and seamless. You can also use your smart device as a remote control when viewing images on a TV screen, not just for browsing but also for zooming in and out.

Wide Angle Correctional Dome Port Lens

This optical wide angle correctional dome port lens is designed to remove distance distortion created by a flat port as well as give you a better wider close up picture on the object of your interest. The design of optical glass and anti-reflective coating film makes the image perfect without distortion. Also this is a wet lens, it needs to be put underwater. Water is key element in achieving the wide angle effect. Attention: Please remove the string before attaching dome port on red filter.

CamDive® Red Underwater Filter (wet 67mm)

Starting from 15-20 ft underwater, red color starts to wash out by filtering effect of water, the deeper you dive the more of warm red spectrum is filtered out from the ambient light. In order to get warm colors back, you need to filter out blue spectrum with this filter. The filter can be installed and removed during the course of the dive. It is used to restore the warm color absorbed by blue water, so that you can make nice colorful pictures and videos. This wet red filter comes with an attachment string, that you can tie to your underwater housing to prevent the loss. This filter is intended to use in blue tropical seas with natural daylight lighting.
